Do you need help starting out with your gluten free diet/lifestyle? I am here to help you. Being diagnosed with Celiac disease is overwhelming and can be very confusing. As my mom would say, "people don't like change." SO, what you have known all your life and the ease of just buying whatever and eating whatever is GONE! Welcome to gluten free living!

Tyson GF chicken strips and nuggets!

At Walmart (Van Winkle Store,Utah) in the freezer section, I was very surprised at finding a small GF section! YAY! Included in this was Tyson brand Gluten Free Chicken strips and nuggets. They are yummy :) I also found they are carrying Udi's GF breads and some other items.
Ask your favorite grocer if they will get these in for you!
