Hello to everyone!
This is my first time becoming a blogger, yes I know I am late but hey, I am here now.
A little about who I am, why a blog. I am 34, married with two children. We live in Utah and have had many life changing experiences. And yes this blog says my husbands name not mine ( I will try and fix this when I know how :) Leading to why I am finally blogging, I was diagnosed (through blood test and EGD) in February 2011 with Celiac Disease. I am on the extremely sensitive side of the Celiac spectrum. I have had lots of trial and error in finding what works for me and my family. My husband actually works in a GI lab and we have worked together in finding what is good and what is not with lots of help. I have also had a lot of people ask me for help in what they can and cannot eat, where they can shop, and what products are available in this city. It is very overwhelming to start a gluten free lifestyle. So here I am after many people asking me for help. I hope I will be able to provide help and answer some very frustrating things for people.
Thank you in advance for being patient while I figure this blogging thing out.
