Do you need help starting out with your gluten free diet/lifestyle? I am here to help you. Being diagnosed with Celiac disease is overwhelming and can be very confusing. As my mom would say, "people don't like change." SO, what you have known all your life and the ease of just buying whatever and eating whatever is GONE! Welcome to gluten free living!

Starting Out Gluten Free

Ok ... here I am again,

If you are just starting a gluten free lifestyle or are thinking about it or thought you have been but are not all the way in,  well you are the kind of people I would love to help. We in Salt Lake City are fortunate to have a store that is completely gluten free. I highly recommend this store for people just starting gluten free until you are comfortable shopping in a regular grocery store. ( I am not sure if I am able to post the stores name or not.) As I said I am very new to this blogging thing. I am working on a list of household brand names that are gluten free and some great other lists that I hope to post soon. Thanks again for being patient.
