Another Bread Recipe GFDF (applesauce and honey sweet bread)

Another recipe from the "sweet bread" recipe. I just added applesauce and honey instead of butter and oil. So this recipe is actually not only gluten free but dairy free too!

Gluten Free Sweet Bread (bread machine)

2 1/2 cups Pamela's GF bread flour
1 cup oat flour (I used bobs red mill GF oats and blended it to a flour)
1/4 cup (little less if you like, i used a 1/4 cup but you can replace the sugar with more honey or applesauce)
4oz or 1/2 cup applesauce
2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast (or 1 yeast packet)
2 large eggs poss 3 (check fluid levels first on the 2 cup liquid max)
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup warm water
1 to 2 tbsp honey (depends on how much honey flavor you want :)

please make sure all your ingredients are warm, this makes a huge difference in your bread.

In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, put all your liquid ingredients, I start with the applesauce, then water, eggs, milk, honey. With these it should almost be at the full 2 cups mark.If not all full 2 cups add additional applesauce or honey. Add liquid ingredients to bread machine first, then add your dry mix on top of liquids. Make a small well in the flour and add your yeast. It cannot touch the liquid yet. Close the machine and use the "basic" setting on your bread machine. Press start. After a minute or so I check it and scrape down the sides, then I leave it. At the end of my bread machine cycle, I end up putting my bread in the oven for about 8 minutes to brown the top (350 degrees)  This will just depend on your bread machine.

I hope you like this as much as we do.
