Do you need help starting out with your gluten free diet/lifestyle? I am here to help you. Being diagnosed with Celiac disease is overwhelming and can be very confusing. As my mom would say, "people don't like change." SO, what you have known all your life and the ease of just buying whatever and eating whatever is GONE! Welcome to gluten free living!

Costco

Every time I go to Costco I find something new that is gluten free! I love this. More and more products are available at Costco that are Celiac friendly. 
Costco's brand "Kirkland" carries hot dogs, and lunch meat that are gluten free. I found an vegetable egg souffle that is gluten free. Chobani yogurts, delimex beef taquitos, Costco's own  rotisserie chickens, crunch-master crackers, Mary's crackers, Columbus meats, Kettle brand potato chips, and many dips and salsas, and wonderful items. These are just some of the products I have come across.
